When my wife and I went looking to replace our 25 year old asphalt roof, we feared the worst. As anyone who has had to have a large project like a roof done, one of the first things you realize is that there are a great number of options, and even a larger number of contractors promising the world. In our search for local contractors that are trustworthy, and capable of installing metal roofs we spent a great deal of time reading reviews, and discussing the options available to us especially since it was late in the season and most of the contractors had very mixed reviews, and most could not fulfill our time requirement which was to get it done before winter set in. One of the larger metal roof contractors came out and gave us a price only to tell us that they could not put it in their schedule for this year. Not only was the price considerably more than Reliance, but after giving us the price they told us they could not guarantee the price for the Spring, which was longer than we wanted to wait. Why give the price to begin with? Most of the contractors we spoke with did not provide answers to basis questions we had with the installation. The only contractor we spoke with that made us feel comfortable after our initial discussion was “Reliance” who was in our own backyard. Their estimator Kenny who answered all our questions in a clear, and concise manner also provided a price that afforded a good savings for us over their competition. The best part was that they were able to provide us a superior quality roof before the winter season started. The textured .026 roof panels they provided for the project were superior to other quoted products we received from local contractors. The installation was everything that we could hope for, and James the owner stayed directly involved with all aspects of the installation providing an added layer of security to my wife and I, His crew demonstrated an impeccable work ethic, with great attention paid to detail providing a top quality finished product. Upon completion every nail and screw was picked up with the premises being left perfectly clean. We noticed one slight cosmetic issue after the crew had left, and though this was a very minor thing James had his crew correct this the very next day. Can’t say enough good about our experience, and we would give a five star plus review (*****). Our experience with having our roof replaced due to hail storm damage on July 3, 2025 was excellent in every respect with Reliance Roofing, LLC.. It all started with Kenny their roof work designer and estimator. He came to our house and evaluated the condition of the roof and gave us clear and understandable recommendations for either an asphalt or a metal roof. He gave us great advice about how to select a metal roof regarding the cost/benefit over an asphalt roof. Mary has always wanted a metal roof and the minor extra cost was worth it to us, along with replacing the 75 year old window shutters to match the roof. He helped us select a terrific color for the roof and the shutters. See the photographs! The office staff was extremely responsive and helpful during the evaluation process of comparing their bid against three other contractors. We were able to visit their office and discuss things with them directly and they were very pleasant to work with. They gave us an address where we could see where they had done similar work and verify their competitiveness. The final contract and price were exactly as expected and very competitive. The roof material was designed and built especially for our contract in the USA and was delivered very quickly and expertly by truck. Reliance’s office arranged this delivery and scheduled the work crew and supervisor according to our plans and showed up on time and ready to work, and work hard they did. We were very impressed with their build expertise because they had to cut and bend the metal roofing material to fit every nook and cranny and ridge of our roof. The construction crew worked tirelessly and expertly. No loud music, attention to safety, and site cleanliness were hallmarks of their work ethic. The completed roof and matching shutters look much better than we had been expecting. Our house looks much better for their design and work. We were very nervous about having a new roof installed on our house. We wanted to make sure it was installed correctly and it looked good. When James showed up to give us an estimate he was on time and got up on our very steep roof to measure and inspect. Within 15 minutes James had a proposal and price for us to review. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. His price was reasonable and he stated he could complete it in one day. When his crew showed up to do the job they were very respectful and took extra care with our extensive landscaping around the house. James and his crew completed our roof in one day like he said and all of our landscaping was unharmed when they were done. We were very happy and would recommend Reliance Roofing to anybody that needs a new roof installed. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Hard working crew. Did an amazing and clean job. Had roughly a handful of debris to pick up out of the yard but that is to be expected with the amount of work that has to be done. No complaints at all. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get amazing quick thorough roof repair or replacement.

We choose Reliance based on other recommendations and observing there work on the residence next door. When James gave us the quote it was below what we expected and decided to forgo getting other quotes. Reliance did not disappoint. The stayed in touch until the weather broke and scheduled us immediately. The crew was on-site at 0700 exact and worked until 7pm that day. When they left the job was complete and the yard cleaned up. Also will add that Will never left the site. He was there to supervise and answer questions all day. Two weeks later Will was on-site and in under 7 hours completed the replacement of all of our gutters. Cannot recommend Reliance enough. They are not a large company that just books crews out to multiple jobs. They use the same crew and they themselves are always on-site.
