Melo replaced my ancient roof in 2024, and did a fantastic job. They were fast, polite, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. I recently thought that some shingles had come off the roof in the wind, and Melo came out right away to check things out and make sure there were no problems (luckily, the shingles were from the neighbor’s roof and not mine!). I have gotten many compliments on the shingle color, style, and quality of the work and am very pleased with the results.

After getting quotes from 3 different contractors, Patrick from Melo Roofing being the only one who actually walked on the roof and looked in the attic. He's knowledgeable in the process & well versed in their products. I appreciate that he took his time to provide a thorough scope of the the work, but not try to oversell me. A prompt quote was provided, follow up and great communication. The in-house staff Dana was very accommodating in answering questions & provided great information in reviewing the quote and expectations for install day. John the site supervisor was really on top of things all day, great communication answering questions for me and updates throughout the job, change orders of the unexpected were immediately communicated with a logical reason of why. I cannot say enough praise about the crew, who hussled all day, They were friendly, responsive and meticulous with their work and especially the daunting task of cleanup. A great experience, to what we'd anticipated being a stressful event turned out to be a breeze. Job well done, thank you Melo Roofing! Highly recommend.

We just had our brand new roof installed on Friday and we are incredibly happy with the work that was done. From the beginning to the end, the Melo staff was there to answer questions and thoroughly explain everything to us. And the day of install couldn't have gone smoother. They were able to finish in one day, but because it gets dark so early now, the crew had to come back the next morning to do a very thorough clean-up. We are so happy we chose Melo!

After searching through multiple roofing companies and weighing our options, Melo was able to give us the best value with their Nordic IKO shingle style roof. After signing the contract we were able to get scheduled after a few weeks. The first schedule time was cancelled due to weather but we were able to get scheduled again later in the same week. They arrived a bit before 7 AM and started work immediately and we're able to get done by 3:30 PM, working very quickly. Due to some water damage on our roof, we had to get the entire top of our roof redone, about 45 sheets of plywood. After adding new plywood, they missed a few holes for bathroom vents which they quickly fixed with no problems and no cost to us. Once finished, they cleaned up very well with only a few nails found. The team at Melo did a great job on our roof and were able to take pictures and show us their progress along the way making sure that we saw the issues we had and their plan to fix it. Would definitely recommend the Melo team.
