Penyak Roofing Since 1960

Penyak replaced roofs on 2 homes I own. All work was done professionally. I was impressed with both crews, who arrived on time and were totally focused on their work. Clean up after installation was spotless. It's been about 4 weeks since the installation, and I have yet to find 1 nail at either house. The quote to do the work was very reasonable. Could not be happier with the work performed by Penyak! Will be calling Penyak if I have any roofing needs in the future!

Penyak Roofing delivered excellent service from the first call to the final cleanup. The owner stayed directly involved and provided clear, informed guidance throughout the process. The company’s long-standing reputation shows in the way they operate. The office staff was pleasant, responsive, and easy to reach. The crew worked efficiently and finished the roof in a single day. They also arranged the schedule so the project was completed before the Thanksgiving holiday, which helped us a lot. The experience felt professional and reliable. I recommend them with confidence!

Penyak is just the best. There is a reason everyone in town uses this company! Extremely responsive with proposals and quotes, setting up an installation day (not to mention that the work on the day of took only about 7 hours or so. The team worked diligently nonstop). The team also did an excellent clean up job after. Their work is beautiful and couldn’t recommend them enough!!!!

Penyak Roofing was a pleasure to deal with! I got quotes from 7 roofing companies and they were the most responsive and also the least expensive. I know the saying goes you get what you pay for, this company delivers. My house looks beautiful after they installed a new roof, skylights, and new shutters and window boxes that I purchased separately. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future projects. Took $650 to fix a leak on a Cape Cod style roof over a porch. Person who reviewed claimed it was some worn shingles. Leak persisted. Multiple attempt to contact and schedule a revisit resulted in countless of promises they’ll do so over text, and in the end no one came. The only reason I don’t leave a 1 star review is because they’ve dine better work before, but this is how you lose a customer. I now am scheduling with a new roofer. Follow-up: The owner reached out personally in response to this and turned out my attempts to schedule were lost due to being placed with an office employee who left shortly after. Whatever the miscommunication, he followed through and stopped by personally to inspect and sent a crew within a week to re-diagnose and repair. In addition he noted my shingles did show worse than expected wear at 10 years of age (something I have to address with the shingle manufacturer’s warranty). More bad shingles were identified and replaced. Long term family businesses are essential to local communities and I’m happy that this one did the right thing when faced with an issue so changing my review accordingly.
