What really stood out was how they handled an unexpected issue. When they started the job, they discovered there were a couple of racoons that made a home in my attic. Instead of just continuing the job, they left an open area that allowed a one way exit door to be put up. They returned a week later to complete the job. That level of honesty and genuine customer care gave me such peace of mind. I have a new roof and the raccoons are gone. I will definitely use them again for future construction needs.

A TREE fell on my house during a storm and my insurance company wanted to cover only the bare minimum of just the area and a section of shingles. Working with Jennifer was an absolute pleasure! Jennifer stepped in and truly advocated for my wife and I. She was patient throughout the entire process and made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. This was more than business; they treated me like family. As a result, I’ve had two roofs fully covered through storm restoration, and I’ve confidently referred them to my family. In fact, I even referred them to my mother and after their inspection, they told her the roof was in good condition and didn’t need replacement. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare, and it’s exactly why I trust HighView Roofing. They do what’s right, not just what makes a sale.

I had a very negative experience with this company. I reached out to them to get an estimate for my roof which was deteriorating due to age and some resulting interior damage caused by a leak from a recent storm. They pushed me to file a claim with my insurance and told me they had connections and ways to get the insurance to pay. After 2 months of going back and forth, my insurance justifiably denied the portion of the claim for the roof but approved payment for the inside work. The amount issued by the insurance was based on the need for mold remediation and electrical inspection due to the close proximity of the damage to a light fixture. The contracted company that came to perform the work not only ignored those aspects of the scope of work, but also caused damage to my walls while repairing the ceiling. In addition, the paint job was not professional quality whatsoever. Because I signed a contract, I was obligated to pay the full amount issued by the insurance, and no consideration was given for the reduced work or unsatisfactory result. Crystal Jenkins personally saw the damage caused by the contractors and listened to my concerns, but offered no resolution beyond having them touch up the paint on the walls IF I had the paint (which I did not). In my opinion, HighView Roofing & Construction is not an honest nor trustworthy business and I would say their business practices border on being considered scams to both insurance companies and their customers.

I had the roof of my house done and was very satisfied not only with the work but also with the outstanding customer service and support I received from Crystal Jenkins. She was by my side from the very beginning and fought with me till the end to get the roof done! She was amazing She’s so patient and passionate on helping her clients.
