I received an estimate within 48 hours of first contact. I received what I thought was an extremely fair price for the work. I had honestly expected the cost to be twice as much. The work crews were extremely professional, and their workmanship and adherence to safety were outstanding. To give an example of their standing behind their work, two attic ventilation fans failed (through no fault of Stublen), and they replaced both and arranged for the necessary electrical work to be done under warranty. The final product speaks for itself. If you are considering replacing your roof in the Tidewater area, Stublen should be the first number you call.

The process from start to finish was very smooth. From first consultation, through completion, everyone was informative, thorough, and transparent. The day of installation ended up coming about a week sooner than scheduled. During roof removal, I was kept informed of damage to sheathing as it was discovered. The entire crew was efficient and thorough, and could could tell of good training and experience, as everyone worked well together. The site was kept clean throughout the process, and a completed inspection was performed by your representative and myself. I was asked if he could inpect our attic for cleanliness and completion of work. I appreciated the information and thoroughness of the inspection. They did a fantastic job. Great job on cleanup, and everyone was very friendly. I’d have them back again. Service was priced where I expected for my roof size. My roof and detached garage were around 4000 sq feet. They did the whole job in two days.
