I found out that I needed a ridge vent in my attic due to moisture buildup. The roof was 25 years old with some life left in it, and I was on the fence about redoing it this year. I got a couple of estimates but Mike's was the most competitive as he was using higher quality shingles at a lower cost than other contractors. Mike came to do the estimate in person and I was immediately impressed with just how willing he was to talk through every detail including his obsession with quality. As a homeowner, its tough to find contractors that care about quality. I knew immediately that I wanted Sen to do the roof. Mike and I agreed to a price on Thursday night. I write this the following Wednesday. The roof is completely finished and the crews have cleaned up the entirety of the mess that came off the top of my house. Mike and his father were present and responsive throughout the entire process and supervised the entire operation in person. If I could give 6 starts, I would.

We were worried about finding someone to do our roof after hearing how expensive they can be, but Mike very quickly provided us with an extremely fair quote and was ready to do the roof days after we approved the quote. Mike and his team were very respectful of our property and spent a lot of extra time making sure the area was clean afterwards. The roof looks great! I don't think we'll have to worry about doing the roof again for a very very long time. Highly recommend!
