My family has worked with Dan and Rob from Innovative Roofing twice. A couple years ago, they replaced the roof of our camp (a tiny structure with an infuriating number of roof surfaces) and this week, they did the roof of our house and garage. In both cases, they were quick, courteous, and professional. I am particularly grateful for the way they prioritize customer care; any time I had a question or concern, Dan would respond within the work day, and frequently within minutes. While they were here, they had to deal not only with my family, but also with my plumber, who was doing an unrelated job. Their interactions with my eight year old were as respectful and professional as their interactions with me. They even treated my crazy, inhospitable dog as a valued customer. All of this notwithstanding, our new roof looks fantastic, and I would never dream of working with another roofing company. Keep up the great work, folks!

I had the roof installed on my new garage today and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew was amazing at how well they worked as a very efficient team. Cory, Jarrett, and their team were great to work with. They replaced the roof on our 17 unit mixed use building and did a great job. Their price was much better than the other estimates we got. Throughout the project they kept me update as more issues were found, and explained what they could do to remedy the issue when possible (the building is very old and roof replacement was long overdue, so we expected some extra issues). Having 17 different units and making sure everyone is happy can be difficult on any project. I think Innovative did a great job of keeping everyone as happy as possible. One unit had some concerns, and in my opinion, Innovative went above and beyond to make things right (whether the unit owner sees it that way or not, I am not sure).

Although I found a few nails in a garden bed away from the house, they did magnetically sweep the perimeter, which I appreciated. The shingles they used are top quality and come with a lifetime warranty. I was especially impressed when I asked about mouse-proofing the ridge vent using a more expensive product. Instead, they offered to install hardware mesh—at no extra cost. That kind of service is rare! There was a bit of confusion on my part regarding the way they handled the roof valleys, but they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They also accidentally damaged a board on my deck, but they returned promptly to replace it. A few gutter guards weren’t reinstalled correctly, but again, they came back and fixed the issue without hesitation. If you’re looking for a roofing company, look no further. We had Innovative strip and shingle a historic Barn in Hollis, NH. From start to finish I was blown away. Dan is great to deal with from a project scoping and pricing standpoint. He’s just an all around solid guy with a wealth of knowledge in the roofing sphere. Their crew did quality work at a mind blowing pace. Most importantly they cleaned up every last nail and piece of debris. I can say we are now Innovative Roofing loyalists and will be using them for all residential & commercial roofing jobs from now on.
