New Heights Roofing

I needed a new roof due to leaking and wanted to go with a metal roof. New Heights was recommended by a close friend. When the owner, Kyle, came to provide an estimate, he discovered mold in my attic due to no proper ventilation. He went above and beyond working with my insurance company to see if I could get some reimbursement. Then he and his team showed up and went to town! It only took 2 days to complete which included tearing the old roof off down to the studs and getting rid of all of the mold. They also replaced my leaky skylights. He and his workers were all very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I highly recommend New Heights to anyone looking for a new roof!

I received 6 quotes for a new roof and the New Heights Roofing price was in between the lowest and highest. Although that is a very important factor, it was also imperative that I felt comfortable with who I was dealing with. Kyle stood out from everyone. He was personable, professional, very knowledgeable (without a sales pitch), patient, honest, punctual and very thorough. The roof was done in 2 days and it looks beautiful. I am very meticulous about my yard and his team did a phenomenal job picking everything up. I had a few other things I wanted done and Kyle found ways to make it happen and remain within my budget. It's nice to know there are still some companies out there who are passionate about their work and go above and beyond to please their customers. Thank you to Kyle and his team for a great job done!
