Guyer & Son Roofing

Not a great experience. Metal roof went on but not without cutting a hole through my vaulted cieling. They cut through every layer of insulation and refuse to pay for any repairs. The unprofessional man Chris I delt with patched the hole and said good enough. My ceiling has a white patch in it and my ceiling is not white. All my rotten facia boards where not replaced but paid for. The unprofessional man Chris once again literally cut some corners and said good enough. The roof itself looks good. The level of customer service and the professionalism of the crew and crew foreperson along with Chris leaves much to be desired. $43,000 is a large price to pay for a half ass job.

Guyer and Son replaced the roof on both our main house and barn. Their crew was fantastic, extremely efficient and cleaned up the area such that the grounds were spotless when they left. They were competitively priced and we were extremely pleased with their work. They have definitely earned 5 stars! Other companies turned away our project due to the jobsite being in a difficult to access location with no easy way to load material or haul the waste. These guys were a solid crew of hard workers. They had good ideas to overcome the challenges our structure posed and turned out an incredible amount of high quality work with no complaints and in great spirits. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and trustworthy right up to the end on a long hot day. Just the type of people you want on your team.

Guyer & Son Roofing did the roofing on my Cape Cod house in Marlborough, NH about 3 - 4 years ago. They came right away to give estimates (it was affordable) and scheduled our job promptly. The crew of 10 or more people started the job early in the morning and had several people picking up and disposing of old asphalt roofing as they went along. They replaced one rotting plywood board on the house. They worked hard throughout the day and the job was done before the sun set that night. It was amazing to watch how efficient the team worked together. The job was done on time, on budget and looks really good to this day. I would highly recommend Guyer & Sons for anyone considering a new roof. By the way, three other homeowners on my street have also used Guyer & Sons too.
