I looked all over for a roofer who would fix slate and thought i was at a loss till i received a random postcard ad in the mail. Jancewicz was affordable, straightforward and honest about their work, their prices, and courteous about my schedule. Would definitely recommend their team!

Jancewicz removed & replaced 5,000 sq ft of asphalt shingle roof for me this fall. They fit me in before winter which was my priority - they were timely and responsive throughout the project which included different teams (roofers, carpenters, gutter people), navigated a steep, curvy driveway, and were patient with my requests that extra special attention be paid to nails and debris. Their proposal was accurate, they accommodated changes, and their accounting was also accurate. I would certainly use them again.

I liked that there were no surprises. The work was completed in the estimated time and Matt had done enough scouting so that things when quickly and efficiently. All the workers who came were friendly and nice. We love the improvements to our 1780 house.

The roofing crew, led by Rich Stevens, was cheerful, respectful, and sang a lot, despite the hot, hot weather. They were patient with our visiting 6-year-old grandson who wanted to be in the middle of everything. One morning they were greeted by a bear when they arrived at 6:30– the bear was sitting right outside the barn door happily eating some bird seed he’d found. Needless to say, they stayed in their trucks until the bear decided to leave. We are very pleased with the finished product, and our 1909 barn should now last at least 100 more years. Thank you!

Once decisions were made, we met with their team leader to review the project procedure from start to finish. When started, a project team of 5 to 8 men were here working diligently until the job was complete. Their team members consisted of a well-orchestrated crew that was both hard-working and delightful to be around. They kept the ground clean of project debris throughout the process and hauled away scrap daily to keep it that way. In summary, we are very pleased with the quality of our new roof and the detailed workmanship displayed by Jancewicz & Son. We would recommend their work to others without reservation.
