Frank and crew are true Craftsman their attention to detail is second to none from removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof , new gutters and siding to the clean up at the end . F.B.I. Contracting LLC recently installed a Kassel and Irons metal roofing system for us, which includes a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Each day owner/operator Frank Iberger and his experienced crew arrived as scheduled, worked steadily to complete the job as efficiently as possible and cleaned up before they left. This was despite harsh weather conditions, which some days included freezing temperatures, high winds and snow. We are extremely satisfied with their thorough and timely work, the quality of materials used for all aspects of the project and the superior outcome. Also, the price was very reasonable for a quality metal roof. These attractive steel shingles look like cedar shakes (color New Cedar), with the finished product providing a beautiful complement to our home that is energy efficient and “earth friendly”. We hired FBI Contracting to put a metal roof on our home and replace 4 oversize skylights at the same time. The estimate was more than fair. Frank had both samples and an enormous amount of information with him for our first meeting. He showed up when he said he was going to, did the job faster than expected and did an amazing job. Our yard was cleaned up every day they worked. He and his crew were always very professional and courteous. We liked his work so much, we hired him to put a deck off our second floor master bedroom. Frank has always gone over and above what anyone else would do, including repairing a leak in the old skylight, at night, in the rain, at no charge, more than a month before beginning the roof work. We had a Slate Gray Kassel & Irons metal roof, new windows, skylight and complete rebuilding of all of our window dormers. Frank was on site every day and did a beautiful job. We get people stopping by to say how beautiful our house looks with the new roof. They were very neat respectful of all our landscaping and completely cleaned up every day to include removing all ladders and scaffolding. When they stripped the roof FBI had a piece of equipment that raised to the roof-line and kept all the old shingles and nails off the ground and saved all of our plants/bushes. We definitely spent quite a more than we would have on asphalt roof but I was sick of shingles that were stained, curling and literally looked terrible in less than 5 years. I have neighbors that replaced their roofs with asphalt shingles, in just a few years ago and they are stained and curled. I would recommend Frank and FBI to anyone considering a beautiful permanent roof and exterior improvements. HE takes great pride in his work and you will know that the first time you talk to him. I just had Frank and his crew install a new Kassel & Irons roof on my home. Frank was very easy to work with, from the estimate to the finished job. He was always on site to oversee that things were done properly. The removal of old shingles was clean and quick with the equipment that he uses. He coordinated with another contractor that I needed to replace a vent pipe and the job went smoothly. They left the yard and driveway clean every day at days end, and did an extra clean up on the last day. The finished roof looks spectacular and we have had many friends and relatives comment on how nice the roof looks. I would recommend both the product and especially Frank and his crew. His estimate was very fair and the job was done very quickly and done well. Thanks again Frank for a great job!!
