I had an excellent experience with Conde Roofing from start to finish. Lonnie, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. He explained the process clearly and made everything stress free from the very beginning. Alex Santiago did a fantastic job leading the roofing crew. The team was efficient and well organized, and the roof was completed on time. Most importantly, the finished work looks great. I especially want to recognize Adam Fournier for his outstanding follow up and attention to detail after the job was completed. He was proactive, responsive, and made sure everything was handled properly. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Katie Lane in the office was also wonderful to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and very responsive, keeping communication smooth and making the entire process even easier. I’m writing this review a bit later because I wanted to allow the roof to go through a full cycle of wind, heavy rain, and snow before commenting. I’m happy to say it performed exactly as it should. Overall, Conde Roofing exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Lonnie and the team at Conde Roofing did an outstanding job of replacing our roof. Lonnie did a fantastic job explaining the process and was extremely patient and helpful as we decided our replacement shingles coloring. The Conde Team did a fantastic job replacing the shingles. They did a great job of protecting our brick walkway and the the many shrubs that surround our house. Their cleanup when they were done was impressive, you would never know they were there. I am so pleased we selected Lonnie and the Conde Team to replace our roof. Everyone was extremely helpful from the office staff to the workers replacing the roof. Great craftmanship!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Conde Roofing. They installed a roof on our previous home and on an old barn that we converted into living space. Their team was professional and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process, and they clearly take pride in their work. Christian, who works in the office, was especially polite and helpful over the phone. The quality of their work is outstanding, and our roof looks fantastic. We also have dogs and often have kids running around our yard, so nails were a concern, but they left the job site exceptionally clean. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable roofing company that delivers professional results, I can’t recommend them highly enough. With all the heavy rain we’ve had the past few weeks, we started noticing some leakage on our ceilings. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, Conde came in on top. We had the pleasure of working with Mel, the owner, throughout the quoting process. He was super knowledgeable and patient, as we were first-time homeowners asking a million questions. Mel was able to identify the problem and gave us a solution. He not only gave us multiple options but never once tried to upsell anything unnecessary. On 5/13, we had the initial visit, and on 5/28, Nick and his crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m. They carefully draped tarps down the house, covered our deck railing, and protected the bushes. The process was quick, but the workmanship was unmatched. At the end, Nick did a walk-around with me to check out the finished product and couldn’t be happier. By 3pm they were cleaned up and left without a trace. I would absolutely recommend Conde Roofing to friends and family in the future.
