Victor was very thorough, knowledgeable, and straightforward during the quoting process. He did the repair himself replacing our ridge cap and adding a ridge vent. Half day job and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Awesome job. We went thru 6 different companies when getting quotes and honestly Black Swan was the only company that I felt comfortable doing our roof. It seemed like we were either getting severely over charged or feeling really worried about the work being done by a sketchy crew. Obviously time will tell on the quality but I’m not worried. The crew finished quickly and knew what they were doing. Also having Victor being onsite to address any questions I had during was great. Thanks again Victor. It looks great!

We needed some repairs done to our roof and front porch and called Black Swan for an estimate. Victor came out within a few days and they were able to get everything fixed within a few weeks. Black Swan did an excellent job on the repairs. Highly recommend and if we ever need anything else done with our roof we would use them again.

Roof came out great. Team was super professional and clean up was excellent. I would never hire anyone else. I had three quotes and the reason I choose Black Swan, was because they were the only ones who could explain the materials. With the materials what was different about them pros and cons. Everyone else just told me their stuff was the best.
