I had been waiting to do my roof for a few years and Newman homes came around with some serious competitive pricing. They were quick and efficient. Left no mess behind. Brandon the owner also was easy to work with. I recommend his company for anyone that needs a roof job done at a good price

We contracted with Newman Homes to build our retirement home. Our schedule required that we needed to move in by a certain date so the planning and execution needed to be precise. All of the work, from excavation to final flooring and painting, was completed to our satisfaction by our move-in date. Even with many custom aspects of our home and multiple subcontractors necessary to complete them, we were able to see our dream home realized. Thank you Newman Homes!

We were very pleased with the extensive home remodel we contracted with Newman homes. Brandon was always very fair with any adjustments to our fixed price contract, and we were quite happy with the outcome. Even after final payment Brandon continued to be responsive and addressed small warranty issues. I highly recommend talking with Newman Homes, and would work with them again.

I watched Newman homes do a stellar job on my neighbors homes . I decided then they where the crew that I wanted. I contacted Brandon of Newman homes for estimates on work we wanted done . Estimates where reasonable for new windows, siding ,doors , roofing and few other small jobs. Workmanship was no less that perfect . We are completely satisfied with our home . Our heating oil consumption is a lot less .we had a couple small issues after completion, one call Brandon had workers here within hours . I would recommend Newman homes for any aspect of home improvements, remodeling and new construction.

Business does awful work and doesn’t honor contract! When bring issues to their attention all they care about is being paid before issues are addressed. Business knocked out power during siding demo, blamed it on being “not up to code”. Sent out someone unlicensed who couldn’t find the issue (sat in is truck every time he was on site on the phone) before sending a master electrician who found issue in 30m and is trying to charge us for 24hr of work when the unlicensed individual was here for 9 (generously) at $150 and hour. Won’t sent itemized document of time “electrician” spent though I was on site to see how long. 9hrs max! Electrical was also knocked out in unattached garage and they are unwilling to fix. We lost a chest freezer full of food due to this! What was put back together after siding was done almost started a fire when light turned on. Work incomplete and looks awful and wanting payment. Receptacles replaced were not attached correctly and wires pulled so far they are broken. We had to bring up several things to them like not matching trim! Rude office staff and owner. Zero communication. Don’t waste your time or money.
