M and Son Construction. Residential and commercial

M & Son Construction just completed reroofing our house. They were knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Their roofing crew did an excellent job including all roofing and cleanup in record time. Rich was a wonderful help from day 1 through the completion. Kudos to Carlos and his company for such an awesome experience doing a tough job in 30 degree weather. 100% will work with this company again if the need arises.

We needed a window put in our den. For most no big deal, but our home and the wall they they had to cut through was a cinder block wall. Plus this wall falls away from the house. They had to work on ladders on a very windy day. They were able to get it in at 5 pm that day. Came early the next day and finished by insulating around the window and finished framing it. The outside they trimmed it out and reattached the vinyl siding. The workers were hard working and easy to have I your home. We were very happy with the results.

Carlos and his team did a wonderful job on our roof, siding, and wood near roof that needed repair. Hard working crew, Excellent customer service and fantastic response time. Great follow up after completion as well in dealing with any questions.

Finding a trustworthy, dedicated, and highly skilled contractor is like finding a hen's tooth. I found that tooth! M & Son Construction installed a new roof of Corning 30 year shingles. The crew repaired damaged wood structures around the chimney and sealed the roof/chimney junction with high quality flashing. The job was exquisite. M & Son replaced the house siding with insulated 6 inches paneling vinyl siding, added window trimming, replaced damaged windows that were poorly set during the original house build, and replaced all trim. The curb appeal was enhanced on the garage side with a board trim. (See pictures.) It was a nice thoughtful touch. I was so happy with the work that I asked Carlos to quote a remodel of the porch. Everyone in the family is very pleased with the look and functionality of the new porch. It is an envy of my homeowner friends. You know who they will use for remodel or new construction! I offer this side story as a testament to M & Son's integrity and fairness. The siding is a special construction and color. During the build process they came up two bundles short. Carlos did a national search for the siding and found a contractor in the Midwest to overnight the bundles at Carlos' expense. It never showed up in our invoices. What would your contractor have done? I could go on with many more positive experiences. M & Son has specialized teams for every construction needs. I'll conclude by saying I got the best work at the best price on the best components from Carlos of M & Son.

Carlos and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Carlos was QUICK! He responded to our call for a new metal roof on our 1850 barn right away with a quote that met our budget. His crew got to work with positive attitudes. They all had an impressive work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent skills. The new roof looks beautiful. They took the time to make sure it was well-supported and structurally sound, and put in a concrete footer to support the collapsing stone foundation. This was not an easy job, but the crew made it look easy! Carlos also ordered a replacement piece of metal for our house roof that was damaged years ago in a storm. We will hire M & Son Construction for our future home improvement needs! We're already planning to have them come back to put composite siding on our barn this spring. Excellent communication, great personalities and attitudes, attention to detail, strong work ethic, fantastic technical skills, reasonable pricing--we couldn't recommend this company more.
