Great communication starting with the estimate from Travis and all the way through the installation with the crew led by Jose. Large crew showed up on time as scheduled and finished in the promised 2 days, good prep and clean up after, appears to be quality work despite cold conditions and snow overnight. Jose ensured that nothing was left exposed and crew worked hard to get as much done as possible the first day, very efficient.

Amazingly hardworking crew who dealt with tough conditions (single digit temps, freezing rain and sleet the night before) and did a fantastic job. Carlos and his crew were so professional and hard working. Carlos kept me informed throughout the whole project. At the end they cleaned up the area and left a masterpiece on my roof. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend; great: price, service and final product.

This is the second time we have used Superior Roofing at our home in Casco. We did the roof of the original home in 2017 and the addition for this job. Jose and his crew were fantastic! I had some flashing issues and rotted sheathing in one section and they handled it with ease. The crew worked well together and left the work area clean. We highly recommend Superior Roofing for their quality work and fair pricing.

Our first experience with Superior Roofing was when our neighbor replaced his roof. We watched the crew work from beginning to end and were very impressed. We were so impressed with their work that at that point my wife and I finally decided to have ours done also. We reached out to Superior via email and got a reply from Samantha and within an hour, we got a call from Robby saying he will come over in a couple of days and take a look and give us a Free estimate. After giving us his estimate, Superior gave us 20 days to decide. This 20 days ended up being 30 due to miscommunication regarding financing. With Danielle's help we were able to resolve the issue and move forward with the roof change. When the scheduled day finally arrived, the crew, led by Craig, was at my driveway around 7:30. This was not the same crew that did my neighbor's, so we didn't really know what to expect. This crew ended up just like the other crew. They were fast, meticulous, efficient and cleaned as they worked. Even though we were indoors the whole time, my wife and I could see them working hard through our security camera. These guys were here to do a job and they did an awesome job! They did not take shortcuts or corners in order to get the job done quickly. In fact, while working on my shed, I saw one crew member, not liking what he had just finished, decided to take everything off and start over again. Now, if that's not a good example of being meticulous, then I don't know what is. And this is just one example. After doing such a terrific job, the crew also made sure to clean up and put everything back to where they belong. I know that this is a long review, but I just had to make sure that credit is given to where credit is due. You can't go wrong with Superior Roofing! From beginning to end, they will work with you. Superior Roofing did an excellent job on my roofing project. The office staff were helpful and answered all of my questions. They also did an excellent job of communicating the timing of the work. Jason’s crew did a great job. They arrived on schedule and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the work site and I am very happy with the installation. Jason was helpful and provided extra information about maintenance for the new roof.
