Chris and his crew consistently delivered throughout our deck replacement project. They listened to our concerns and questions—no matter how small or unusual—and always made us feel heard. The team replaced our aging Trex decking with new Trex composite and added an extension to our above-ground pool. They also went above and beyond by rebuilding our front porch, which serves as the main entrance to our home. During that process, they discovered considerable water damage from the previous owner’s construction. Instead of treating it as a separate project, C.M.L. repaired the decades-old damage while completing the porch, exceeding our expectations. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Even when we had off-hours or weekend questions, we never felt like a burden. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, we achieved our original goals and more. C.M.L. Roofing recently replaced old steps and enhanced them by adding a deck for me. The materials they used are high quality and the workmanship was excellent. The crew took their time and did the job right. They were courteous and professional. Chris was very helpful from the very beginning - helping me come up with a design that was functional and aesthetically pleasing. He also repaired some siding that had been done by another contractor and the result is seamless, but more importantly it is now secure and I can be assured there will be no further water damage. I highly recommend C.M.L. and their excellent workmanship and fair prices!

I wholeheartedly recommend CML Roofing and General contracting. I hired them to side a home after being scammed by another ‘contractor’. They were willing to work with me to find a quote within my now limited budget. They initiated communication at least weekly keeping me in the know about where my project was in their timeline. They arrived weeks earlier than they initially anticipated and managed to complete the job in only 2.25 days. The men on site were wonderful and professional. Every night the property was fully cleaned of nails and debris before the team left. I will absolutely be calling them again!
