Chris was wonderful to work with and his team was incredibly efficient with good morale. I was amazed that they did the whole roof in one day! Chris also came back to clean up the attic and finish the new hatch. Highly recommended.

They came highly recommended from others but they weren't bothered to answer the phone or return my calls to get an estimate. Edit: Maybe I'm being slightly harsh but most companies in Vermont don't return phone calls or you never get estimates when promised. It's EXTREMELY frustrating when I spend hours doing research looking for dependable local companies and they aren't bothered to ever call back after leaving messages. Half the people I called for estimates weren't bothered to call us back (in an entire month I might add) but half of them responded to negative reviews on Google within a few hours. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt since your response was a masterclass at how to deal with people and sounded genuine.

Chris and his team was such a pleasure!! Chris responded to my online request within a few hours, and he came the same day to give me an estimate. Scheduling a time for his team to come was simple, and quick. His team is friendly, respectful, and the quality of their work is outstanding!! I highly recommend them.

Chis was very responsive last winter when I needed temporary repairs, came right out to the house to patch the roof temporarily. Then this Spring he and his crew did an excellent job replacing the entire roof. The crew was efficient, neat and courteous and the roof looks super.
