We had the pleasure of working with Team Vinyl and Roofing Company who came highly recommended by our neighbor. The work that they performed, the price that they charged, and the quality of product and workmanship that were used to accomplish what we needed done, went beyond our expectation. This team is professional, personable, on time, extremely qualified and does great work. We could not be any happier with the accomplished jobs that they did. Even on the hottest days they worked with without complaint or grumbling or cutting the day short. Team Vinyl knows exactly what they’re doing down to the smallest of details, and they execute every step very well together, as a team. They are accurate, they are very experienced, there is no cutting corners, and the workmanship is of the highest quality. We could not have asked for a better outcome, or any improvement to the job that they did. I would recommend Brian and Jeff and Team Vinyl and Roofing Co, to anyone for any job!!

I contacted Team Vinyl for a free quote for fixing up a farm house that had been in my family since the 1800’s. It was in pretty bad shape both structurally and aesthetically. It needed a new paint job really badly but I thought maybe siding would be better longer term. But before I was going to have any work done I needed to have a porch repaired and a major support pole repaired that had been ravaged by years of water damage. Brian came out at the scheduled time which was a big deal to me because so many contractors , in my experience, have failed to keep appointments. We discussed siding options and replacing about 20 windows. He showed me several siding options and eventually decided on a particular color and quality. After Brian took some preliminary measurements we continued our discussions and after several changes decided on a siding style. The style we chose turned out to be one that was discontinued by the manufacturer in the thickness we were originally shown. We really liked the color so we settled on a slightly thinner siding which turned out just fine and saved us some money too. Once we decided on what we wanted, the estimates for each of the projects I had specified were generated by Jeff. I was impressed with the detail of the estimates. Each part of the project was itemized and clearly spelled out what they were going to do and with what materials. They also were very reasonable when estimating things that they couldn’t tell beforehand such as how many rotted 4x8 plywood sheets would need to be replaced when repairing a rotted roof. First I needed the structural repairs done because if they couldn’t do that or if it was too costly I would have to look for another company that could. They assured me that what I wanted could be done and I ended up with multiple contracts including structural repairs and re-roofing, window replacement, vinyl siding and gutter replacement. I was surprised that they could do window replacement in the middle of winter but Brian was able to do most of the work on the outside and then quickly replace the new window with minimal heat loss. Another thing that surprised me was that Brian was almost 100% responsible for the upgrades and repairs. I was concerned at first but I found Brian to be extremely competent and only did the highest quality of work. So much so that I have required that he be responsible for my future planned projects. The company was very accommodating as we changed our minds on various aspects of the projects (eg number of new windows, vinyl color, more roof repairs etc) This has been the largest interaction with any construction company that I have ever had and I am glad I lucked into Team Vinyl. At no time did I think they were cutting corners or doing less than excellent work.

Despite the many options available, we decided to keep it local and contracted with Team Vinyl for our roof and siding replacement. We’re so glad we did because the results have been nothing short of amazing! Right from the start, Jeff was attentive and answered our (many) questions, always responding promptly and professionally. Brian was absolutely awesome. Beginning with the initial meeting to discuss our ideas, continuing through the completion of the project, his extensive knowledge and skills were evident. His reliability and workmanship are also top-notch! Their competitive pricing, use of quality materials, and responsiveness made the entire process easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend working with Team Vinyl for your next renovation project.

Our family can't say enough good things about Team Vinyl. Two years ago, we had gutters installed. A professional job was done at an affordable price and the owner worked with us on the payment of the project. We invited the team back to reconstruct two exterior walls of our porch that needed repair due to water damage. The two walls were removed, reframed and insulated, with 7 new windows and a door. Vinyl siding was placed on the outside and drywall on the interior with all new trim. Also, our deck and stairs were then leveled with new decking placed. Brian and Jeff paid attention to our family's wishes and made them happen. The craftsmanship was top notch. They started the job and stayed on-site through to completion. If ever we had questions or concerns, we never hesitated to discuss the on going project. There's no doubt if we need another renovation project, we'll be giving Team Vinyl another call.
