We had a Great experience with HP Roofing. Very professional team starting with Jeremiah, Gordy and the crew of roofers and gutter installers. They showed up when they said they were going to, work site kept very clean throughout the project, and the end result looks fantastic. Jeremiah and Gordy quickly followed up when we had questions making the project seamless from start to finish. Well Done HP Roofing!

Our roof replacement started great, but things slipped once the job was done and the bill ($55k) was paid. The estimate process, scheduling, communication? Very professional. The folks who did the work? Friendly, kind, loved having them around. During the job, despite my offer to move it, a piece of roofing was dropped on our brand new [far too expensive] grill. The company said they ordered a replacement handle and provided some touch-up paint. After two years and a number of reminders, the handle still isn't here. Calling that a loss. The bigger issue, and one I should note they came in the dead of winter to _attempt_ to fix, is that we have a leak. Granted, it is a flat piece of roof that doesn't appear to be sloped ideally, but the 50-year old rusted hunk of metal they took off didn't leak so I'd expect the brand new install to do the same. The result, due to inevitable ice buildup, is water seeping under the flashing (through a seam by the looks of it) and down the interior face of our front door - wood damage, puddles. Less than ideal. They said they'd come back out this year to hopefully resolve, but I've not heard a thing. They did quote us a few thousand to reroof the flat piece and presumably add some slope to it, but again, my beat old roof wasn't leaking so it must be something with the new install. Outside of these two issues (lack of follow-up), this was a five star job and I'd not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. However, if anything goes wrong, you are going to do a lot of badgering to maybe get it resolved.

Working with HP Roofing has been a wonderful experience. Very responsive, great communication, highly professional, and just very friendly overall. Our skylight replacement job was not straight-forward and they patiently worked with us to get us the best solution to the problems that arose during installation. Replacing skylights is a very invasive process, but their workers were so good. We were greatly impressed with their suggestions and workmanship. We would definitely choose to work with HP Roofing again without hesitation. Highly Recommended!

We're very pleased with HP Roofing. Scheduling went smoothly with a special shout out to Gordie, Luis and the roofing crew. They replaced the old asphalt shingles and skylights in one long day without any damage to the interior or exterior, leaving the house and work site spotless. Clearly experienced and skillful, they also were exceptionally accommodating. This was by far our best experience with roofing companies.

I manage properties for a living. I have used HP Roofing 3 times. I highly recommend them. Great communication, great prices, great people who work for the company. 1.)The first time the owner came out to have a look at an old large house with a leak. He happened to be in the area and stopped by. He took me out back and showed me from a distance the dip in the roof, and taught me a thing or 2, for FREE. Right then and there I knew this was a great owner and wonderful business owner. 2.) The second time I called left a message with the secretary and the next day received phone call back. Within a week I had the pleasure of meeting Gordie the estimator. He was very professional and had the quote within the week on the day he said he would have it. The crew was delayed, but it was not any issue for us. Delays can occur due to weather, which was the case for us, not a big deal at all. Clean up was perfect and the new roof is the talk of the neighborhood! 3.) I have called them and received a fast timeline like my experience before, and the quote was done and delivered on time. I am waiting for the green light from my client and I’m sure they will get the job done like they have in the past!
