Don’t work with them. I made the mistake of prioritizing scheduling availability, over the recommendations of friends and contractors (I have yet to meet a trades person who believes they do quality work). There are plenty of other skilled professionals who might have less scheduling capacity , but are much more qualified and have a greater attention to detail.

We are so thrilled with our new stove insert! We recently bought an old home, and later found out that our fireplace was unuseable. After getting a couple quotes from various chimney companies, Jason and his team from Brickliners came over to do an inspection to see what our options are to salvage what we have. He was very informative and we decided to go with a wood stove insert! His team was so efficient and got the stove ordered quickly and Jason and his team came over within only a month and a half to install the insert. They were so quick and knowledgeable, they ended up finishing the two day job in just one day! And now we have a beautiful working wood stove that we have been using ever since. They made our completely unusable fireplace into a working heat source that we will be able to enjoy for the rest of our time in this house. Brickliners did an excellent job in replacing my unsafe tile/clay flue for my wood stove, with a steel pipe flue. It was a complicated job that took an extra day. Luke Bergeron kept me informed along the way and explained exactly what was happening. His crew members were very polite. They kept the operation very clean, with a protective barrier to contain the dust. It was first-class professional job. I give them my highest recommendation. Thank you all for such good work!

Brickliners do it right! They reply quickly to messages and calls, the guys came out for the estimate right on time and were very thorough/explained the process to us. When they came back to do the chimney rebuild for us they were extremely punctual and Stan and his crew were professional and pleasant to work with. They got 2 chimneys done within 3 days (as projected) and they left the yard just as they found it. The office team is very responsive and willing to answer all of your questions as well.
