I've been dealing with ABC for several years now. And also when they were Norandex. They are at the top of my list for exterior remodeling supplies.

Extremely dissatisfied with all aspects of customer service from this company. All of their sales representatives are not knowledgeable and very disorganized. They have placed numerous WRONG orders for me and proceeded to tell me they would not accept the return. They have cost me thousands of dollars due to their mistakes and extensive lag time in finishing my jobs because they delayed ordering my product(s). After speaking to other supply companies in the area, they have been aware of these recent complaints from other customers as well. I would highly recommend Harvey Building Products for any of your supply needs. Don’t waste your time or your money with ABC supply.

Place is great. Nice friendly service. However the woman who works here is very opinionated, rude, and often wrong, it's the only frustration purchasing from this store. She has informed me how to incorrectly install siding. Told me products are not sold there, when they are. She once told me no one uses a particular product therefore we don't order it. Then an entire shipment comes in the next day, and the guy working there says everyone uses it, that's why we always carry it.
