Updated Sept 2024: Once again, A÷ was A+! Called one morning after hearing a drip during a rain storm. Within minutes someone is here. Turns out there was a hole in the roof from likely a tree hit. He ran to get supplies and within a few hours, the hole is fixed and the leak stopped! Communication is great, even followed up after next rainfall to be sure there was no more dripping. Just had my house roof replaced (they did my garage roof 5 years ago) and they did a wonderful job! Very professional, cordial and kept me informed of issues which they willingly resolved. Great people to work with! Well worth the value too! Can't say enough! Thanks Bill!

Had them come over to give me a quote on a leaky spot in my roof. They tried to hard sell me a whole new roof. Two other roof companies I had inspect the roof estimated I had 15+ years left on my roof life. Did not appreciate the attempt to upsell me unnecessarily (like an $18,000 upsell... not cool).

We woke up a rainy Sunday morning to a leak in our bathroom. A+ roofing was easy to contact (by text, 24/7) and responded right away. They were at our house within a half hour of initially contacting them. The fix didn’t take long and ended up being pretty straightforward, but they kept us in the loop as to what they were doing the whole time. when leaving all they asked from us for compensation was to make a donation to the VT Childrens hospital. this was an emergency call on a Sunday. Amazing!!! Happy to work with A+ roofing going forward!

Charged a couple hundred dollars for two guys to spend only an hour on our metal roof 'fixing' it. All they did was over-torque a bunch of screws (which now leak even more after a few months) and spray paint a couple places (with blue paint on a green roof in visible areas). They were pleasant and responded within a week during the summer, but we were overcharged for almost no work to be done, and low quality work at that. Would recommend avoiding this business.
