My neighbor had their roof replaced by Serenity roofing company and it was the best roof in the neighborhood. So I wanted them to replace my roof. Everything went amazing. Starting with Josh who is the model of perfect representative of his company and the perfect person to deal with. He is so genuine and knowledgeable and goes beyond Anything I have experienced. His top priority is the customer's satisfaction. He deals with the insurance company and fought them and got much more than I had ever anticipated. I did not have to worry about anything. He was there everyday to supervise his team and I was extremely happy in every way. I have now a very beautiful roof. I have nothing but praise for Josh and serenity roofing and I highly recommend them.

See, husband and I were so nervous about the ‘replace roofing’ situation, and it was a breeze with Justin being our go to guy. It was such a breeze!! I can’t say it enough! Josh with Serenity was great. He was a great partner as we navigated the challenges of repairs after a storm. He was always available to answer questions and kept us as updated as possible as the repair progressed. The crew that installed the roof were courteous and efficient. There isn’t enough stars to rate this company. my roof was damaged as a result of hail and wind and I was referred to Serenity Roofing for the repair. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with, from our first interaction he patiently explained the process and outlined everything that needs to happen to complete the work. The inspection was thorough and detailed with pictures and explanation of the damages. He took time to walk me through the process for repair and was very patient and professional because I didn’t live in the home at the time. This company was very professional from start to finish and has a warranty for the work. Josh Pinner was an absolute pleasure to work with and answered any questions without hesitation no matter how many times I needed an explanation.
