Ben at reliance roofing is fantastic! Great experience from start to finish. Zero complaints. No BS - he didn’t try to scam, upsell, or haggle us and was very communicative and honest. We had hail damage to our roof and were handling the whole situation remotely and he guided us through the whole process and offloaded nearly all the work from us. He went above and beyond to get multiple appraisals for us and organized most of them without us having to do anything. Use them, you won’t regret it!

Reliance Roofing, and Ben, were absolutely fantastic. They did a full roof replacement for us due to weather damage, helped with the insurance claim, and even guided us through appraisal when the insurance company tried not to pay. I can’t recommend them enough!

Reliance Roofing was amazing at every step of the process. Ben went above and beyond to assist us with our insurance claim and the third party appraisal process. It was a huge headache and I'm sure most roofers would have just moved on, but they stuck it out until we were approved. Install was fast and the new roof looks great. They even cleaned up all the trash and left everything like it was. Highly recommended! We also have solar, and they worked with our installer to coordinate taking the panels down and reinstalling them.

He was great to work with and made every effort to answer our questions in a timely fashion when we were trying to decide on a roofing company to go with given, we had multiple quotes to consider. The decision to go with Reliance was an easy one for us. His crew stayed on task to complete the work and when we noticed some some scratches in the ceiling and wondered about them, he had his crew stop by to look at them to help us understand what we need to get those fixed. We are very happy with the level of service and will definitely recommend Reliance Roofing to others.

And the results soeak for themselves- they are careful to take care of the landscaping when the roof comes off, and meticulous in putting it back on. They even helped me change insurance to get a better deductible one year. Ben and team have become like family and I know I am in excellent, capable hands when I need them most. Storm season is stressful enough but I know I've got the roofing team I need to back me up.
