What should have been a straightforward project turned into a headache—first with the contractor, and then with the billing office. Communication throughout the process was poor. Questions were answered vaguely or not at all, and I often felt like I was getting the runaround rather than clear information. Once the roof was completed, things became even more stressful. The company submitted additional charges to my insurance company after the job was done—unexpected, unexplained, and far higher than what had originally been discussed. Dealing with the surprise billing and trying to get answers from their office was exhausting. While the roof itself seems fine, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and integrity in their billing practices makes it hard for me to recommend this company. Homeowners deserve honesty and clear communication, especially with something as important and expensive as a roof replacement. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Honest people and great work! We had a storm blow off our roof ridge cap this became a huge ordeal when it shouldn’t have been. Between fighting with insurance for minor coverage, contractors trying to replace the entire roof then never hearing from them. Peter came out gave us a quote for what we needed repaired, no sells tactics. His crew came out the next day completed the work in a timely fashion.
