Mr. John Weilman of Park Vista Roofing was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His knowledge of the process was very helpful as we worked with our insurance company. I appreciate that he quoted based on his standard of his work and the state of the roof. I'll be happy to recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

John and team were amazing from start to finish! No little boy grows up dreaming of getting a new roof, but John made the process smooth and simple. With so many roofers out there it’s hard to know where to turn, but Park Vista Roofing is the first and only place to turn!

John went above and beyond my expectations from the very start dealing with the insurance company and his large top notch crew did a fantastic job protecting all of our brand new landscaping. The crew communicated very well from start to finish and did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves. John expected no payment until the insurance company had paid in full!

I can’t say enough about John, his work ethic and attention to detail. His quick responses and communication speak volumes for the type of business he runs. This is the first time I’ve had to replace a roof and I can’t imagine it going more smoothly. He was quick to come out and also spent a lot of time answering all of my many questions that I had through the process. All the 5 Star Reviews out here are SPOT on. When we were looking for companies to replace our roof, every single person would tell us "Well, what the insurance gives you is the price..." WHICH TRANSLATES TO SCAM all day long! When cost of materials are set, cost of labor is set, and your square footage isn't changing, the cost of your roof should be set. We found John w/ Park Vista Roofing online through a Facebook Ad - showing reviews of people saying how easy and great he was to work with, and how he came out and gave a price on the spot. So I called him up, he came out, and before ever stepping inside our house he had a folder with ALL our roof's information, and prices ready to go to properly replace it with Architectural shingles. Then, after hearing that our insurance only wanted to cover half our roof, he gave us the name and phone number of a Private, Public Adjuster that fights your insurance for you to get everything covered (any surplus is yours. HIS PRICE DOESN'T CHANGE). Thanks to him we were able to get our roof, including the decking underneath, and new gutters installed, when insurance only covered the shingles itself. By far the most HONEST, easiest to work with, down to earth, professional, and solid contractor we've EVER delt with. The laborers even made a mistake on the pergola using the wrong size nails (possibly cuz it was late at night and they just didn't notice, plus it was in the upper 90 degree heat and they were here all day), but when I approached John about it he assured me he would make things right. And he did with absolutely no hesitation. It's like no mistake was ever made. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes an amazing contractor to realize that things weren't done right and immediately offer to fix it without trying to throw blame. It's clear that he takes pride in the work that he does. Not ONCE did I ever question their workmanship, their ability to get the job done right, and their commitment to me as a customer and not just a number. I can't say enough good things about John w/ Park Vista Roofing. If you're not using them you're missing out on seeing how a true contractor should treat their customers (and lets be honest, you're probably getting ripped off). I have recommended him to every single neighbor out I know. This has been the most painless, stress free experience we've had owning a house. THIS - REPLACING A ROOF THROUGH INSURANCE!!! And that's thanks to John!
