A big shout out for the great service that I received from Nestled Roofing, and particularly from Jose. Been having problems with my dryer taking longer than usual to dry towels. Although I was able to remove a lot of lint with a standard vent cleaner, it only. helped a little bit. Called at about 8:30 in the morning. Did not catch her name, but the receptionist was very polite and knowledgeable. Explained the problem that I was having to her, and she told me that someone would be getting back to me within a couple of hours. About 90 minutes later, Jose called me and said that he could come by at 2:00. No time frame window, but an actual appointment. In addition, he actually arrived a bit early; nice! Went on the roof and removed a big wad of lint that was blocking the dryer vent exit. He also offered me options for replacing my current vent with one that has mesh or a flapper door. Thanks again for such extremely polite and professional service.

Had our roof repaired and solar attic vent fan added. Nick was incredibly professional to communicate and work with. He explained the quote & process of quoted work clearly. The workmen were very respectful of our home , they worked diligently & with care. So very pleased with the integrity of the final work of the project!! Nick and his team did an excellent job on TWO of our houses after a recent hail storm. They gave us a great price, answered all of our questions and the quality of the work was excellent.
