The team at Moss Roofing was extraordinary in their process of replacing my roof. From the first contact until the final inspection, I was treated as a valued partner in all aspects. Mike Harris, my project manager, was especially helpful in every step, and answered so many of my questions thoroughly. He was flexible and accommodating. The crew arrived at my house 10 minutes before schedule and were respectful, pleasant, and efficient. They left my property with no trace of their work ( other than a gorgeous new roof). He helped work directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved, coordinated with the adjusters, and kept everything moving without me having to chase anyone down. Brian was extremely detailed and organized, worked with me to align schedules, and did a great job setting expectations up front — no surprises at any point in the process. The planning was solid and communication was excellent. On install day, the crew showed up on time, worked very fast, and completed the entire roof in one day. They did a great job cleaning up not only our property but also our neighbors’ yards, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience. We were not sure about getting our roof replaced at first because we heard it was a difficult process. That did prove to be true, but we are very glad that we went with Brian Townson with Moss roofing. Our insurance company denied the claim, but he promised that he would fight for us, and he absolutely did! He put together a reinspection package, sent it over back to the adjuster after the initial inspection, and the adjuster approved the roof! Normally this process I heard is a headache and hard to deal with, but Brian made it very easy. Also we heard that a lot of contractors will just give up if the insurance denied it. Brian did not and kept his word. He has Great communication, very professional, and was a pleasure to work with. The roof came out Absolutely beautiful And we are beyond pleased with the service. The cleanup was immaculate and the crew left the property in tip top shape. If you have any problems with your roof, I highly suggest you reach out to Brian Townson at Moss roofing. The Moss Roofing company did a great job for our roof. The inspection and installation job were done in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner. Josh Witt did a thorough preparation job and follow up. The installation crew showed up early in the morning and carefully conducted their duties. They did a good cleanup afterwards and even helped us take away some of the debris from the tree. We are genuinely happy with their work. Kudos to Josh and the installation team.
