We received a complete new roof by Morgan and Myers Roofing. They did an excellent job .Stefan Dandridge was responsible for getting the work done in a timely manner. He was very professional in all that he and his crew did. Upon completing the work, they picked up all the debris and left the area as good as new. When we chose Morgan and Myers to replace our windows, we never regretted it! Steffan came out with his samples of products to show us, told us about each option and gave us time to decide. He never once rushed us into making any decisions. He said he was one call away and he meant it!! This company also did some siding work for us. Steffan said he inspects everything when it comes in to make sure it's good to go on the house. That is also true!! We got a call from him with pictures so we had to wait a little longer but at least it got corrected before "ugly siding" went on our home. We felt like family from day one until when they left after the final day of work. Steffan is a very pleasant person to work with. We will use them again when needed because of their honesty, products, and workmanship.

After the hailstorm on 08/11/2025, we worked with Morgan & Myers Roofing and Exteriors, LLC to handle all of the repairs to my mother’s home. From start to finish, they were outstanding. Austin, the salesperson, and Selena, the office manager, were especially helpful, guiding us through every step and making the process smooth and stress-free. The team handled the insurance process with care and attention, communicating clearly and ensuring all necessary steps were taken to get the work done properly. The repairs were completed efficiently, the quality of work was excellent, and they treated my mother with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Our experience with Morgan and Myers definitely deserves 5 stars. Starting with Steffan Dandridge and throughout the process also working with Peter Fehr, Brandy King & Crew, and John--We couldn't be more pleased. Originally, we had contacted four well-known Amarillo companies to give us estimates. Three of them told us we would just have to patch & repair and wait for the next big hailstorm. Steffan Dandridge with M&M is the ONLY one who said, "Hey, I think I can work with your insurance company to get this covered." WOW! The difference in customer service and attention to detail was apparent from the get-go! At first, my husband and I thought this is too good to be true. But Steffan was absolutely true to his word. He started with us and stayed with us through everything. He kept in constant communication with us--he always returned our phone calls and texts. Steffan, Peter, Brandy & Crew, and John were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and they informed us of every step. Steffan's two favorite sayings are, "I'm only a phone call away," and "I want to make sure everything is 'good & golden.'" And it was true. Steffan came and inspected the work when each phase of the project was completed, and he made sure we knew the timeframe and what to expect during the next phase. Steffan and that whole bunch at M&M was an answer to our prayers--and I'm not flippantly saying that. We prayed over who was supposed to come fix up our house, and God answered in amazing ways. Hello! We had a lot of work done on our home at the direction of Morgan and Myers. We had a new roof, new gutters, new siding, new paneling, new cement work, and some carpentry work done all under the direction of M & M. Steffan Dandridge was the representative who took care of us. We'd invited several companies to come and offer us estimates. Most wanted us to patch and then wait for the next hail storm. Steffan was the only one who said, "You have damage! Let's get this fixed now!" Steffan came out many times with us to plan a strategy for work and when each part would take place. All of the work was started at the appointed time and finished in good time. When we had questions, Steffan was quick to answer, and also check-in on the work as it was being done. We are very thankful for all the work that was done and we feel God answered our prayers with sending Steffan our way! I strongly recommend Morgan & Myers to work on your house!
