I was having a hard time to find a good roofer for my roof replacement until I find Ivan and his IRC Roofing Company. Ivan is very patient, listening for what you need, having good solution for your needs (i.e. besides roof, I need some masonry work, solar system works etc.) . He handled all well. His team is incredible whether someone in the office or someone on the roof. They are very easy to work with. I called Mr Ivan Ramirez in regards to me having water damage from a huge storm a couple days ago. He right away came and looked at my house. He was very helpful and very nice. He was able to help us determine what the issue was and fixed it. I had another company come by and tried to charge me thousands of dollars and was upset because my insurance company didn’t want to cover hail damage when the issue was not even hail related.
