IntegriBuilt Roofing

We recently worked with Christian Bethune at IntegriBuilt Roofing to put a new roof and gutter system on a house that we just purchased. From the start Christian made the process very easy for us. He was always quick to respond with accurate information. Treated us with the utmost respect and operates with total integrity. Hopefully our new roof last many years, but no doubt when it comes time to replace it I would gladly work with Christian again. In addition, we recently had Christian and his team replace and awning in front of our house, they did a great job on this project, and we are very happy with the results. He was easy to communicate with, arrived to inspect our room with a positive and professional attitude and was upfront and honest about the damage he found! My husband and I purchased a new house and decided before our builder's warranty was up we should have a third party inspection of our home conducted. The inspection found that the original company who installed the roof had made several mistakes that needed to be repaired. The same company that installed it came to fix the issues and because of the bad workmanship that was originally done, I was weary of how the work was completed. We decided to do a second inspection of the roof after the repairs had been made to ensure we would have no future issues. Christian Bethune with IntegriBuilt Roofing came out and I could not be more please with how thorough he was upon his inspection. He showed us pictures of the issues that still needed to addressed from finding unsecured vent pipes, compromised shingles and poor/no seals around our roof. Even knowing he would not be booking a job from us (since we were still under warranty), he was all too happy to take the time to inform us about the issues and how to go about making sure they were fixed properly. He sent us his recommendations and photos in a report I was able to send it to the warranty department and we had all leftover issues fixed. 10/10 would recommend and I know in the future, if roof issues arise, I'll be asking for the Christian to come out and help us!

We worked with Parker to have our new roof installed. It was a very easy process from receiving a quote, picking our materials to installation. The installation crew was professional, installed quickly and cleaned up all debris. I would highly reccomend IntegriBuilt for your next roofing or construction project.

I worked with Christian and he helped me with an inspection on my roof before purchasing anything. I’m always nervous with roofing companies because there are so many but Christian made the process smooth and made sure my transaction was safely secured. He also comes every 6 months to stay proactive and leaves me with detailed reports with anything that’s concerning. S/o to Christian for making sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed!
