Blue Nail did an amazing job for my family! This company is extremely professional, straight forward, and helped us understand and navigate the insurance process. Our home sustained major damage from a storm this summer, our insurance company was giving me the runaround, and I was growing frustrated with the whole process. Thankfully, Eric (Blue Nail) had been keeping in contact with me even though I already had a contractor I was talking to. Trusting him was one of the best decisions that I have made. He took pictures, video, and documented the damage to an extent that thoroughly impressed me! It was also this documentation that convinced my insurance company to come back and give me a second inspection, which Eric came out and was a part of. After the inspection everything seemed to fall in place and insurance finally agreed to all of the damage that was sustained during the storm. This afternoon, Blue Nail completed all of the repairs to my home and I could not be happier with how everything turned out! I give these guys the highest recommendation that I can give! I wanted to share my recent experience with Blue Nail Roofing & Construction personnel so others can benefit from their amazing customer service. The Blue Nail team I had the good fortune to work with on my rental property included Zac Johnson, Account Manager and his associate Darius. Zac is both a seasoned and knowledgeable leader. He was an amazing communicator through all stages of the removal and intricate retrofit/replacement of all roof mounted vents at our property. Had an issue that did considerable damage to our house. I called Blue Nail and they came the next morning and started the process to repair all of the damages. This took a solid 10 months to complete due to the nature of the situation and delays of various kinds. At times there were a few things we weren't happy about but all was made right and with care to how we felt about everything. We met some AMAZING thru the process. They answered our questions and were very professional. They took the time to explain everything as it was being done and welcomed our input along the way. Between Michael, Alexander and Eric, this process though long and at times difficult they made sure we were taken care of and happy. They worked with our Insurance and kept us in the loop on any issues they encountered. We also added 2 Solar powered attic fans in the end to help with attic heat per Eric's discussion with us and they've already made a big difference on how comfortable the house feels. Great group of folks!!!

We had our roof replaced from hail damage and our garage wall repaired (Vehicle accident) siding and brick replaced with Blue Nail. They did a wonderful job, looks better and is better than new! They explained everything they were going to do and the costs before hand which we found was very professional. They worked seamlessly with our insurance to complete the tasks painlessly and without problems.
