I worked with Luis Hermocilla and his company on the roof repair work… and out of the three roofers that I’ve used in my lifetime, I would rank him at the very best at the top of that list. Very easy to work with, and kept to his timeline and schedule that he agreed to with us . And supervised the work crew himself. And he definitely helped us to navigate the hassles of working with our insurance company, so much so to the point that due to his efforts, our insurance company finally caved and agreed to cover the roof repair, whereas before they were only going to give us pennies on the dollar for the roof damage. So due to his expertise and contacts that he had, we were able to get the roof fully repaired and paid for through the insurance company which is no small feet these days. If I ever have to do another roof repair again in the future, I will definitely be contacting him again if needed .

The crew arrived early in the morning, prepped everything professionally, and completed the entire project in just one day. They left everything clean and put back exactly how it was before they started. What stood out most was their responsiveness. Luis and Al were quick to answer any questions and address any concerns throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail really showed. I have done my roof by Artisan Roofing last month and they done a outstanding job 👏 🙌 👌. They used what they told me as of material and changed everything as promised.
