After receiving several quotes, Acura was the only company that took the time to explain what actually needed to be repaired without trying to upsell me into unnecessary or expensive work. They were honest, fair, and transparent about pricing, and the scope of work made sense for my situation. They replaced two leaking vents, repaired the rotted decking underneath, and did everything professionally and cleanly. They also documented the work with photos, which I really appreciated. The crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. Communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes integrity over sales. From start to finish working with Acura roofing made the ordeal easy. Communication was excellent, our roof installation was completed rather quickly from ordering of materials to the final walk through. Acura roofing did a wonderful job on my old, dilapidated roof. They had to do a bunch of extra work and they charged fairly for it.
