I’ve used Achilles Roofing a few times now, and they’ve been wonderful every single time. They do quality work, they’re honest, and they truly stand behind what they fix. One area on my roof needed a second repair, and they handled it quickly and at no charge. They’re also incredibly considerate with scheduling—I’m a teacher, and they always arrange a time after school so I never have to miss work. So grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

The roofers arrived bright and early, ready to work. The organized efficiency was amazing. The guys worked in such unified harmony. That is what created their speed and efficiency. Everyone clearly knew their jobs and that added to their precision. No stone was left unturned. Cleanup was a breeze and they doubled checked everything before calling me to see the finished work. I love my roof and so do my neighbors.

They arrived on time (the next day after I made the appointment) which I truly appreciated, gave me the estimate ( a reasonable price) and completed the job the same day. I would like to post a positive review for Achilles Roofing & Exteriors team. It is second time we are doing minor work on our house and I'm very satisfied with quality of work, dedication and enormous progress on a transformation they made in both times. I do not foresee any roof repairs on my house in future but if you are looking for someone trustworthy, punctual, caring to do your roof work, I would totally trust them.

Price was fair compared to other attic fan installations. They had to come back the following day because they did not have a long enough ladder even though we had them come the day before to inspect/prepare. After installation the tech left the control switch hanging and a bunch of trash/debris from cutting the roof. He finished and left without saying anything. Overall communication could have been better and the work could have been done more professionally.
