Exceptional service and professionalism from 3 Kings Roofing! Rick Lopez served as our project manager and was absolutely outstanding - his communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way so we always knew what to expect next. The crew's skill and efficiency were truly impressive. Despite our roof being very large and steep, and even with intermittent showers, they completed the entire removal and installation in just one day. I'm still amazed they pulled that off! When our insurance company initially denied coverage for a complete roof replacement, the team went above and beyond to help us navigate that process successfully. After a storm hit our area, we needed a new roof and weren’t sure where to start. We’re so glad we went with 3 Kings Roofing — they made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. Jacob and John were awesome during the inspection and install. Super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and kept us updated throughout the whole job. The crew did cause some damage to the siding and pool gauge, but had the damage cleaned up and a new pool gauge replaced in a timely manner. Courtney was also fantastic—she helped me with a few last minute questions regarding our invoice. She was quick to respond, very professional and offered exceptional customer service. The roof looks great, the crew was professional, and they cleaned everything up like they were never even there. Hail storms in Texas are brutal, but Kade and 3 Kings Roofing did a great job making the roof replacement as easy as possible! Kade gave me some great options, scheduled the install on my timeline, and made sure the job site was kept clean and organized throughout the replacement. We now have a beautiful, hail-resistant, new roof that should last another 30 years!

Great and easy to work with! Kade, Jimmy, and their team were simply amazing. The process of replacing a roof is not fun and dealing with the insurance company is like an exercise in psychological torture. 3 Kings stepped in and handled much of the ball and forth with the insurance company and even fought for us to get the full coverage we needed to repair all that was damaged. Kade was straightforward and the process never felt "salesie" like I've experienced in the past with other roofing companies. Jimmy and his team got the job done quickly, efficiently, and communicated with us clearly about all aspects throughout the process. I highly recommend 3 Kings to anyone needing roof work!
