I really appreciated how communicative Superior Comfort was, keeping me informed about technician arrival times and letting me know when they were running late, which made planning my day much easier. I was also grateful they were able to fit me in last minute—losing heat in the winter would have been rough! Both Doug and Adam were professional and kind. Doug assessed the issue, escalated it as needed, and kept me informed, while Adam returned the next day and quickly fixed the system, explaining exactly what had happened so I could understand. Both technicians also cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Really great service from the team, and I am very thankful to have heat again!

The customer service at Superior was excellent from the start. They were able to schedule a visit before the holidays to get one of my heating fixtures cleaned so we could have consistent heat again. Sam, the technician, was outstanding. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed the issue right away. One of my heating systems is tucked away in a tough spot in the attic, but Sam didn’t hesitate, he got up there, handled everything quickly, and had it working perfectly in no time. Highly recommend this company. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Had a bathroom ceiling fan with light replaced (supplied product myself) and John was fantastic! He was so kind, polite, professional and helpful. He listened to me and answered every question I had before doing the job and got things done efficiently with top notch quality. He even left the room cleaner than when it started taking all trash with him. Highly recommend the service and appreciate John’s kindness and attention to detail.

Transitioning from a 30 yo Oil furnace to a new 96% efficient gas Trane unit. Superior did the install and overall I’m pretty satisfied. Everyone from sales to the installers were very nice and personable. I found the 0% interest 36 month financing offer to be very convenient. Called them on a Thursday asking for an install date and they were at my house on the following Tuesday. The install went smoothly, arrived around 8-9am and left before 5pm. The team disconnected my old unit, installed the new unit, modified the ductwork, routed a new gas line from the unit to the location of my new gas meter, moved my thermostat and ran a new line, and directed the new flue to the side of my house. Part of the proposal was to move remove my old unit and oil tank, but that would be done by another company at a later date. Once done, they answered all of my questions and gave me a quick over view of maintenance and operation. I certainly don’t want to pick these guys apart because they were very nice but I was a bit disappointed with the flue installation as well as the cleanup. Unfortunately I didn’t take a very in depth look at everything until they were gone. The flue is a bit flimsy and was secured very loosely by zip ties which I wasn’t very thrilled about. Simple fix. After looking at the exterior intake vent, I noticed that it wasn’t installed properly. The hooded part was on the side which if left the way it was, may have led to water infiltration from rain. Simple fix, rotated it with pliers but still not sure why it was left like that. The picture I included is AFTER I made my adjustment. You may also notice all of the handprints on the vinyl siding. Lastly my basement floor was a mess. Again, simple fix but disappointing. With all that being said, still pretty happy with my new unit. Can’t wait to put it to use!

We recently had an issue with our bathroom switch and the lights not working. We have an older home built in 1972 and everything is still original. The wires behind the switch were a mess. So I called Superior Comfort Inc. and set up an appointment for them to come out because we needed expert help. Our electrician Justin was absolutely amazing! He was quick and explained everything. He also replaced our outlet plug for us and made it safer. We will definitely be going with Superior again for all of our future projects and asking for Justin!
