Dean and his team have provided us outstanding service at excellent prices for a number of jobs, including siding shingle installation and gutter cleaning and repair. The quality of the work is truly artisanal, far better than any other contractor we've seen, and much better than the original work done on our house forty years ago. His prices are always fair and data driven, not just swags. Work is begun and completed on time and on budget, with plenty of advance notice and solid communication throughout the entire process -- no surprises or sudden unexplained absences. The crew cleans up completely at the end of each day and at the end of the job, minimizing their footprint and any disruption. D&D serves as a general contractor, obtaining permits and calling in external third parties like RI Energy. For convenience, quality, and price, you cannot do better than D&D.

We had a great experience with Dean and his team! Dean helped us with our first big house project as new homeowners - new siding and roof, lots of painting, and lots of misc. repairs. We had a few surprises pop up along the way and Dean and his crew did not miss a beat. The house also needed all new exterior window sills and the result is beautiful! We are impressed with the quality of work and the time in which it was all completed. We are also in the historic district and we appreciate how Dean stayed on top of everything with the permitting process. Dean DeMello and his crew did a great job with my red cedar shingles...they just pushed through when the snow was coming down hard.
