He responded quickly, walked us through the entire process, and answered all our questions and concerns. His experience with older homes immediately put us at ease. Not long after the initial roof damage from the chimney collapse, another section of the roof was struck by the fallen tree limb, creating even more damage. Rob was onsite immediately, providing temporary repairs to protect our home. During the three month process of dealing with our insurance carrier, Rob was with us every step of the way. He advocated for us when matters became tense with the insurance adjustor and made sure we were compensated appropriately. In the end, we received a new roof, siding and chimney repair with minimal out-of-pocket expenses. When the project commenced, Rob was onsite ensuring the work met his high standards and was completed on time. His crews were on schedule, efficient and completed the job in record time. Rob and his team made the whole process so easy! He dealt with our insurance company personally and worked with us to get everything we wanted at a price we could afford. Where do I begin talking about Storm Guard. My home's siding was taken off by a windstorm and I reported it to my insurance, which left me uninformed and without the help that I believed I was going to get. I began to call around and I eventually got a call back from Jeremy, from the very beginning he sprang into action and let me know the steps I needed to take and how to work with my insurance on understanding the damages to my home. Once all communications were received, the insurance was compliant, and Jeremy was able to help facilitate having the beauty restored to my home that had been destroyed by the wind storm. From start to finish with daily check-ins, insurance communication, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process Jeremy increased the reliability in Storm Guards name. As soon as the materials were available, Storm Guard sent their crew out to get the work done and completed. Might I add the Siding crew was AMAZING! On time, efficient, and just expert craftsmanship all the way around. Rob came throughout the week to make sure the project was being done right and efficiently not only checking in with the crew but checking in with me and my husband as well. When they finished my home was not only repaired but it looked brand new. Paying attention to detail and being sure that my home was properly wrapped, up to code and that anything that was removed was replaced and secure.
