Very meticulous in what this company does. Very conscientious about doing quality work Make sure all work areas were cleaned up after the work was finished Very concerned about making the homeowner. Happy with the work and the quality. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I plan on using this company again. Should I have the need to. Kudos to Seth and his crew!

I don't have enough good words to say about Rheam's Roofing. We had a new roof, gutters, siding and shutters done by them. Their pricing is reasonable and Seth was constantly going above and beyond for us young things like prepping the job for his crew, taking away branches and limbs cut down by my husband. Seth was always available for any questions we had. It was by far the best experience we have had with a contractor and our house looks BEAUTIFUL!

After shopping around quotes for nearly a year and a half we were finally ready to pull the trigger and make the investment on a new roof for our house which was built in 97'. I could not have asked for a better experience with Seth and Rheams Roofing. Communication A+ - Seth was so responsive to both text and email. Answered all questions I had - Never wasted time with an extra long drawn out sales pitch like some roofing companies. He is the real deal - on the roof, working with his team. Showed up on time, every time. Near instant turn around time on contracts and estimates (of which he did for me twice over this time period!) Value A+ - I had quotes from five companies in the area and as you can imagine the quotes you will get back vary WILDLY. For what Seth's team brings to the table it is absolutely the most bang for your buck. I would recommend them over anyone else without a second thought. Work Quality A+ - I'm not a roofer but from what I've learned through this process is all teams are using almost the same materials. CertainTeed synthetic underlayment, CertainTeed Landmark/Pro shingles, Ice Shields, etc. Seth's team offered great materials for a much lower cost than some of the competitors. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, they brought the good stuff to the table and made the most of it. The roof from the road looks amazing and it looks just as good up-close when inspecting the valley's and ridges. After scraping off all the old shingles and underlayment the team found two holes in old moist plywood. I was sent photos of the holes and of the men repairing them. They repaired both holes with the cost of a single sheet of plywood. Our attic would get very hot in the summer from bad ventilation and Seth helped solve this for way less than the competitors. I will update this review in the summer if the new ventilation performs as well as I think it will. After the job was done Seth and this team thoroughly cleaned the grounds, checked for nails, and put anything they moved back to where it was. Did I mentioned they also cleaned out my disgusting gutters?? Turn Around Time A+++ - This may be unique to me since it's at the start of the season or the stars had just aligned, but after signing the contract I had a brand new roof on my house less than a WEEK later. Had to mention in this review because I thought that was unreal. Conclusion A+ - Couldn't be happier with our new roof. If you want the most for your money without sacrificing quality Seth Rheam is the way to go. Thank you again Seth, Alex and crew

Rheam’s Roofing and Remodeling did a outstanding job installing my new roof. Seth was business like but very friendly and communicated very well throughout the whole process. His crew of men went to work and did not let up until the job was completed. If you are considering a roofing or remodeling job done on your home I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Rheam's Roofing and Remodeling came highly recommended by friends and family who had excellent work done in the past. We had roof damage after a severe storm ripped through our area. Seth and Scott came out the very next day to do temporary repairs and give us an estimate for our insurance company. We decided to replace the existing roof as it was 21 years old. Seth worked with our insurance company and gave us a great price on a replacement. Rheam's roofing offered a variety of options with regard to shingle selection, but could have given us a metal roof, if we wished. The team was prompt to begin work on the chosen date of replacement and they worked very diligently in the extreme heat! They would have finished the job in one day, but storms rolled in by the early afternoon. Seth and his team made sure there were no exposed sections of the roof during the rainstorm and returned early the next day to finish the job. The guys were very professional and meticulous. They even replaced old flashing that was worn and not installed properly by the previous contractor at no additional charge. Seth even reimbursed us some of our payment as he was able to reuse some of the old drip edge that was still in excellent shape. We appreciated his honesty and integrity as he could have reused it and pocketed the money since we would have never known the difference. Thank you to Seth, Scott and the rest of Rheam's hardworking team for a beautiful new roof and for the professionalism we experienced throughout the whole process! We will use Rheam's Roofing and Remodeling again and highly recommend Rheam's for your roofing needs!
