Rapid Response did roof repairs on our house several times before and did great work, so we asked for a full roof replacement estimate. It was very reasonable, so we went ahead. They were able to schedule it just two weeks later. Their communications were timely and let us know what to expect, so when the day arrived, there was no drama. They did excellent work and were very careful to leave no debris. Jesse even came out to make sure. They are a scrappy small business, so they always answer the phone, remember your name and job, and want you to be happy when it's done. They are a model for any business to follow.

Mike and his team at Rapid Response Roofing did a fantastic job on my home. They replaced the roof in a single day, then came back to install new fascia and gutters shortly after. Mike and his crew are amazing! We woke up to a nice sized hole in our back roof on a Sunday morning, Mike came out that day himself to patch it up as we were expecting more rain the next two days. Our roof was nearly 20 years old so we decided it was time to have the entire thing replaced. Mike gave us a very reasonable quote and within 2 weeks of the original problem he and his crew were out and completed the entire job (removal of old roof, replacing some plywood, replacing metal caps around chimney, and all new shingles) in less than 8 hours. We live in a row home in the center so our neighbors on both sides were somewhat inconvenienced but Mike even handled that and spoke to our neighbors and assured them anything landing on their property would be cleaned up and left the way it was when they started. Every experience I’ve had from start to finish with Rapid Response has been outstanding and I could not recommend more to anyone looking for a new roof, a repair, or any other roof related job.
