Prostorm is amazing! They worked with my insurance company to ensure all items for my roof and siding were covered. All work was done professionally! The best part of working with Prostorm, they treat you like family! They check with you every step of the way! Alex, Chris and Craig are always willing to listen. The team is wonderful with getting everything right! I had an issue with my insurance company to Alex and Craig jumped right in with my agent and proved the insurance company wrong. They supported me through the whole process. It was great they had my back. I never felt so secure with a company. I highly recommend using Prostorm! They take their time and listen and truly care! July of 2024 we had a hail storm that damaged our roof. Pro Storm was the first contractor to offer to look at our roof and tell us how extensive the damage was. I made the mistake of picking a local contractor over them, worrying that being out of state the were "unreliable storm chasers". Two failed local contractors later; one who just stopped answering calls and the other refused to put any effort into fighting for us against Allstate telling us to take out loans. Pro Storm patiently and persistently spent 5 months going round and round with Allstate. Allstate was only willing to cover siding on two sides of our house saying the roof damage was from "other flying debris". Eric at Pro Storm sent in extensive pictures, weather reports and continued to follow up with a manager at Allstate until we could get the repairs necessary. Once everything was signed, Jason and his team showed up on a Tuesday morning done by Thursday at noon with a complete tear off and replacement of the roof and siding! Their communication from start to finish was thorough. They always responded promptly if not immediately to any questions we had. The employees who did the manual labor were polite, clean and efficient. Even after the dumpster was pulled out of our driveway Jason the project manager came to make sure no debris was left behind. If you need any work done or heaven forbid you have Allstate, Pro Storm is who you want on your side! Thank You Eric, Jason and the Pro Storm team for all that you did for us!

In the beginning of May we had a hail storm that lasted 2 minutes and 17 seconds with golf ball size hail. I didn't think much about it till I looked at my car, then the side of the house. I contacted local companies that were in sloth mode and really didn't seem interested in helping us. Then I saw a pro storm truck and checked them out, the next day I saw a truck in the country place neighborhood of Indiana PA and hopped in my car and followed it. I met Matt, Gabe and Dan and they immediately came to my home and accessed the damage. Matt worked with my insurance company and 2 weeks later their roofing crew arrived, replaced my roof, skylights and vents and cleaned up so well you would swear that nothing happened. The estate gray shingles in this ad is my place. I cannot stress how well this process has proceeded and the professionalism of all the Pro Storm employees. The siding will be handled by a siding crew in the next week or two but if I had any apprehensions, they are gone. I give this company 5 stars and trust they will complete the job as professionally as the roof. I really can't stress enough how good the roofing crew was today, I really appreciate the quality job they did. Update: While I am extremely pleased with the roof repair completed, I am less than happy with the siding. It's been over a month since the roof repair was completed and all I am getting is a run around on the siding. Updates always come at the end of the day on Friday and change weekly. Katie in the office is being told a script to follow and Alex is never available. My insurance company,Erie ,is starting to question whether the job will be completed and asked me to look for a siding contractor to possibly complete the job. I used to deliver windows around the country and I get weary when this type of , well , blowing you off, happens. They have till the end of next week to give me some satisfaction till I speak with my attorney. Update: I spoke with Matt, my sales rep, who immediately contacted the appropriate people , to find out what is going on and in true professional manner he got the siding scheduled. Matt is a true professional and I'm sure he will follow thru to get my repairs finished.

We are extremely pleased with the outstanding service, professionalism, work ethic, efficiency, and teamwork provided by the Pro Storm Repair team. Several of our windows had foggy condensation trapped between the glass, making them inefficient and obstructing our view. After checking their reputation on the Better Business Bureau and seeing their A+ rating, we felt confident in choosing them for the job. Their quote was very reasonable, and Bobby took the time to measure every single window—despite 11 of the 16 appearing identical to us, he ensured precise measurements. We scheduled the installation on a day with no rain or snow in the forecast. Despite the freezing temperatures, the six-man crew arrived fully prepared and completed the entire project in just one day, with Bobby onsite as well. They removed the old blinds before replacing the windows. Since our previous window treatments were over 15 years old and mismatched, I was unsure about what to replace them with. One of the crew members suggested an affordable option from Home Depot that we could pick up the same day. They turned out to be perfect, and to our surprise, the team even installed them for us—what a blessing! Pro Storm Repair left our home cleaner than when they arrived, using a high-powered shop vac to remove every trace of dust and debris. The only evidence they had been there was our beautiful, energy-efficient, crystal-clear windows. We chose a grid-free style that opens from both the top and bottom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Within just two days, we noticed a significant improvement in our home’s comfort. We were able to lower our thermostat from 71°F to 65°F while staying perfectly comfortable—a testament to the quality and efficiency of our new windows.
