We just had a brand new roof put on by Pro Home and Roofing. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless!! My favorite part was being able to text them whenever I had a question, comment or concern. Sometimes calling is such a hassle with some places so I loved that flexibility! They always got back to me ASAP! The workers were very professional and had our old roof taken off and the new one put on in one day - amazing! I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean they left our yard and landscape. We were literally delaying putting new mulch down assuming it would be a mess, but we seriously could have! Pro-Home & Roofing has done a tremendous job from start to finish. It was different from some companies that came to give me an estimate and pressured me to sign on the spot. Rick the owner came to my house and explained the whole process. I had plenty of time to make my own decision after reviewing all the conditions. Me and my wife sat through many consultation on getting our roof done. You wouldn't believe the ridiculous offers presented. Most of them wanted a lot of money to do little work! Pro Home and Roofing not only gave us a great price, they gave us everything we wanted and needed! They gave us great service that the other companies couldn't touch! Their crew was professional and outstanding. Not only does our roof look great, but the cleanup was better than the roofing companies my neighbors hired! Not a nail or roofing material left behind! We want to thank Rick and Michelle for their quick responses during the whole process which added some comfort to replacing our roof.
