I had a phenomenal experience with Pro Edge Roofing. Ken and his team did a phenomenal job with installation of a brand new roof from wind damage and new gutters. It was a painless process for me. Ken went above and beyond with helping me through the insurance claim process. After multiple trips to our home and several shingle repair attempts, we got an approval from insurance for a brand new roof. The intitial roof inspection was free and unbiased. Some days before Christmas, we had a snowfall (around 5 - 6 inches). Unfortunately, when the snow was melting, water was coming through the garage (as usual, everything happens at the least convenient time). First, I thought the issue was that the snow/ice had accumulated in the gutter, causing an ice dam. So I called a gutter company, which checked the gutter and cleaned it. A small piece of gutter guard sometimes flew away during strong winds, so leaves accumulated in the gutter. Nevertheless, that was not my issue; the gutter company found that in one corner of the house, there was wear and tear on the concrete, which, over the years, allowed water to come into the house. This company recommended Pro Edge Roofing. I contacted Chris from Pro Edge Roofing, and he happened to be in my area. I explained the issue to him and understood the urgency; he came in 1 hour to check it. When he arrived, he immediately spotted the issue, explained the solution, and two days later -just in time to be ready for the new snowfall- one of his crew members came to fix it. I could see that he knows his business and is always willing to help. This is a huge deal because it is important to mention that we were in the holiday season and that most contractors only work in emergencies or want to take advantage of the situation. Needless to say, his crew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We worked together to pinpoint the leak point and, as soon as he spotted it, he fixed it (removed the shingles, ensured the flashing was correctly installed, and put new shingles in the area he removed them from). After almost a week, my roof has passed the rain and snow test, and I can confirm that the issue has been resolved. I will definitely call Pro Edge Roofing when I need a new roof or any repairs related to it.

Bryan immediately earned my trust after he inspected my 25+ year old roof and told me that it was in good shape and didn't need immediate replacement. Based on the age of the roof, I went forward with the roof and gutter replacement, and could not be happier with the job that Pro Edge did. Bryan was there every step of the way throughout the process, and on site the entire day of the job to be sure that I was satisfied. The crew finished the job in one day, and left the area around my house cleaner than when they arrived. From start to finish Pro Edge Roofing provided top notch service! Ryan and Jesse were very knowledgeable, reviewed my roof and explained the entire roofing process (and I had a lot of questions). They were very helpful with the insurance claim I submitted and returned to review the roof together with the adjuster. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness on any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. The whole crew was professional and worked together like a well-oiled machine. My new roof is beautiful and a much higher quality than the original roof done by the builder! If you are considering a new roof, I would highly recommend them!
