Pine Tree did an excellent job replacing the roof on my rental property. Their estimate was the lowest I received from other companies. Upon completion, all debris was cleaned up and was like tgey were never there. They were referred to me by a contractor friend of mine and will use them again on other upcoming jobs.

Highly recommended! Steve and his crew were punctual, respectful, proficient, and fairly priced. They did a great job repairing and installing a new roof and composite deck flooring as well as placing quality gutter guards.We were pleased with the finished work. But, beware...if you want to get additional work, the cost estimate might much higher.

We have an 1845 farmhouse and barns. We have been restoring the buildings and property. We have used several contractors in the area. Steve and Pine Tree Exteriors from Gap started by removing steps off a front porch for us, and then added gutters on the house and barn, replaced the metal roofs on both barns. They trimmed with cedar and repaired the barn windows and replaced the beams to support the bank barn overhang. Their work is exceptional quality and affordably priced.
