We had siding damage in the recent high winds. Called Mark J Fisher Roofing to come out to give an estimate & date repair the damaged section. The price was reasonable and the crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. They did a very good job making the repair. I called them to help us out because we also had a very good experience with them doing our roof and some of the gutters and downspouts after a hard thunderstorm. They do good work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Mark J Fisher Roofing for work around the house.

I will only trust Mark Fisher for problems with my roof. I had a leaking problem and it was coming from my chimney. They came over and made me a brand new chimney and FYI they do windows too. They replaced an old rusty window in the attic. They are very friendly and kept me informed with what they were doing. They even made sure I was happy with the window. I opened and closed it and he showed me how to open it to clean it from the inside. My chimney looks like a work of art, thank you to the man on the roof. They did a great clean up job after they were done. When they left all my neighbors came out like the munchkins from the wizard of oz and told me they did a great job. Ray Hunsberger with Mark J Fisher was quick to respond, straight forward and very professional. The entire crew on site at my home were all very respectful and professional. All work was completed in one day and my backyard looked the same after they left, no trash or material left behind. All in all I would highly recommend Mark J Fisher Roofing for any work you need done!

I have a large house (was once a church) that had a 130 year old slate roof. The access was difficult as the property is in town and neighboring houses are close on both sides. The roof was removed and replaced with a metal roof. Removing an old slate roof is a dirty process but the workers cleaned continuously as the work progressed. They flagged off areas to protect anyone in the vicinity of the work. Mark Fisher was present for much of the project and made sure his Company delivered a safe, quality roofing project. I've used this company in the past for work at this property going back about 15 years. Some of the employees on this project worked on my house 15 years ago. They are all very polite and considerate. They all worked very safely and did not damage anything. They are an excellent crew. The estimator / road-man Bill Adams was a pleasure to deal with. He also was there to check on the project daily and made sure that Fisher roofing delivered what was agreed to. Cudos to Bill for a good estimate and plan as there were zero change orders and the work completed as budgeted. Mark Fisher Roofing has a lot of equipment that enabled the workers to complete the work as scheduled. After the second complete day of work, inclement weather was expected. The roofers did an awesome job ensuring that the building remained water tight through a strong storm. The following attributes were on full display: - accountability from the top down. - knowledge of all involved. - no short cuts on safety. I have always been pleased with Mark Fisher Roofingand am glad they performed this work.

I am a new homeowner and wanted to replace the 30 yr old shingles on my house. I filled out the online quote request for MFR. Ray (Specialist/Salesman) came to give me a quote. He said all the right words to make me feel like they were going to do a good job. The quote was higher than the other 2 I got, but I felt it was going to pay off when I had a "Mark Fisher Roof." I was also encouraged because they did my mom's roof, several years ago, and it looked alright. Unfortunately, my roof didn't look as good as theirs did. On the day of the install, everything began normal but nobody spoke to me, not even the foreman. I didn't know who was in charge, but things were happening and I appreciated everyone focused on getting the job done. After the hammers stopped and I finally saw my investment, i was so Sad. Right away I saw things that didn't look right and got scared it would be like that forever and I would have to pay for it. I had faith that it was just late in the day and they would return in the morning to wrap up and clean up the leftover stuff. But, nobody showed up, except the dumpster guy (to take it away). Ray showed up and took pictures but never knocked on the door and left before I could get outside to speak with him. I thought he was gonna tell Mark about the unfinished business and get a guy back to fix it. Instead, I got the invoice. I called Ray and said we need to talk about the repairs. He seemed confused. I needed to point out every thing that was damaged. Obvious things that the foreman ignored. I showed him the ripped and chipped shingles that were in clear view, the dents, scratches and nails sticking out of the drip guard on the front side of the house, the sloppy gaps around the corners that were supposed to be tight, the jagged edges at the front of the house where the shingles were cut with a rusty knife, and the sandwich bag full of nails I picked up out of my driveway, gardens and yard. I just wanted the repairs fixed. He agreed without question. When they returned to fix some of the issues, they made more of a mess and even damaged other new shingles. In the meantime, more dings and dents had become visible when the sun shined on it. So MFR came out 3rd time. They patched up what they had to and I was content. Since they left, I found more issues. But now it is under warranty. I called Ray again and he assured me it will be repaired. He kept his word and his crew came back. They gave me the craftsmanship I expected and now I smile when I look up at my house.
