Of all the estimates, M-N-M was near the top, but that's because an experienced estimator (Joe) came out and measured everything, at least 3 times. Had we went with another company, chances are there would have been many extras added along the way. Our house has a complicated 32sq roof, with many dormers, stand outs, and a fairly large EPDM roof in the back 1/4. There was also a good size chimney they removed. They also replaced all the gutters, and added gutters to the dormers (none were there before). They also rerouted the downspouts to make it nice, neat and flow the way we wanted, all out to the street via underground PVC. We need some cedar shake siding repaired, but it was unavoidable, since it was very old cedar shakes, which were essentially rotten. The team actually replaced what they could using the shakes we had on hand. MNM was responsive whenever we had questions, and they even changed the downspout color on the fly since we felt it was not a good match when install day came.

My house has had roof issues for awhile. After pricing around I found them. Best price ever. Roof wood replacement all and full gutters. Took everything away not one nail left no surprise money needed. The workers were so sweet n kind answered all my million questions. Best experience ever and they were done in 2 days n my house nearly 4000 square feet of house. With several stories. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bottom line up front first. Exceptional roofers, siding and gutter professionals with a high sense of integrity and craftsmanship! I contracted with these folks to take my old shingle roof and replace it with metal. What was to be a simple roof replacement on my near 100 year old log cabin turned in to a week long project. The men worked diligently to address all the problems that were encountered and unforseen. Glenn, the project manager offered solutions and coordinated all the problems we encountered. Miguel, the owner, personally came to inspect and offered the solutions to the missing or rotted logs that were found. They ensured their work was structurly sound and professionally installed. The craftsmanship was beyond outstanding and they worked long hours to complete the roof replacement. I believe the warranty they offer of 40 years is exceptional and the cost of the install was reasonable. Truly, don't hesitate to contract with them, you will be highly satisfied!

Big Shout out to the team at M-N-M roofing. The company was a class act to work with and really made customer satisfaction a top priority. The project was a complete new roof and replacing leaking skylights. They replaced the skylights with Velux with solar shades and remote opening! Company communicated every step of the project and when we ran into some obstacles the team of Chris, Vincent and Glenn assessed and fixed the issue. The owner Miguel stopped by to make sure all was going well and we were completely satisfied with his company’s work! They took great care to clean up the entire property after each work day and back their work with a 25 year workmanship warranty! I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience! Every interaction was friendly, professional, and easy. I had both my house and garage roofs soft-washed, and within about a week, all the moss was gone. Now, several months later, there’s still no sign of it returning. The roofs look significantly better, and the service was provided at a very reasonable price.
