Dream home out of the blue showed up at my moms door one day and convinced her she needed a new roof mind you over the years a few shingles damaged gutter damage and a few leaks that had been patched the roof was easily a early 90s renovation but was excellent work nothing extensive the gentleman took a few photos of old water damage and a little mold as well as nails going through the shingles and the wood slats remember that and told her all about their new innovative 7 layers of protection well my mom not consulting anyone mind you she is in a walker after 4 crippleing back surgeries and on heavy meds agreed well first when materials were dropped off one roll of roofing paper about 30 boxes of shingles that’s it I show up and the shingles are 3 layer the roofing paper was put on one strip around bottom where meets the gutter and no flashing around the fireplace they broke the ladder leading to the attic and sure enough first rain water all down her brick fireplace and water damage to ceiling they came out put the flashing up in 10 minutes and left well they left a roll of bundled up roofing nails in her parking spot and I ge a nail in my tire we tell them no response now I s been a couple of months and now her flashing is leaking around the fireplace again as well as all the shingles are warping and lifting and the nail holes the salesman was so worried above times that by 10,000 if it didn’t hit the trusses it went through the shingles and wood and we call them to let them know about the leak and everything and was told they would give us a call back asked to speak to a manager or somebody other then the person answering the phone so I could get some answers and was denied saying she has to fallow chain of command but the repair specialist supervisor would give me a call well no a word from them since this company is a sham from what I can see 3,000 in materials and a couple of underpaid immigrant workers and charge 20, 000 to the customers from my experience as of right now my experience has been terrible let’s see if they can turn things around and get the rating they claim they are infamous for will keep infor

My experience with Dream Home Roofers was fantastic. From the day we met to get the bid to the start of the work was only a few days. Ours is a large home with over 11,000 sq. ft. of roof with very intricate angles. Their work lasted four days, which was in line with our expectations. The crew did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves every day, and were cognizant of working on our home while we were in the house. We also replaced the rain gutters through an approved contractor by Dream Homes - they were equally professional and the quality of their work was impeccable. In terms of an awesome experience, ours was almost flawless. I could not give a stronger endorsement of Dream Homes and the work they do. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations!
