Crain Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof replacement! They are knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. Communication is great explaining the scope of work. They pay attention to detail and replaced roof sheathing that did not meet standards. They also had carpenters to reframe a portion of my garage overhang that was rotten. The installation crew was courteous and friendly. They arrived on time and clean up at the end of the project was fantastic, they left without a trace! Pricing was competitive on average with the other quotes I received. Crain had a much more straightforward approach and was less "sales" driven which is why I ultimately chose them and I am so happy that I did.
